How to pay cashalo

Online Payment via E-Wallet

  1. Log in to GCash App
  2. Go to Menu and Choose Pay Bills:
  3. Select Loans
  4. Choose CASHALO
  5. Input Required Details
  6. Loan ID:
    • B200101123456789/ 200101123456789/ 0012 1612 4697 116
    • Enter your Cashalo Registered Mobile Number: 09158471840
    • Amount: Php 197.50
      • *Kindly make sure that you have enough balance in your GCash Wallet.
  7. You will see a payment receipt and an SMS confirming your payment from GCash to Cashalo.
  8. Your payment will be posted real-time to your Loan Account thru Cashalo App.

  1. Log in to Maya App
  2. Select “Pay Bills” on the homepage of Maya app
  3. Choose CASHALO
  4. Input Required Details
    • Loan ID:
    • B200101123456789/ 200101123456789/ 0012 1612 4697 116
    • Amount: Php 197.50
    • Enter your Cashalo Registered Mobile Number: 09158471840
      • *Kindly make sure that you have enough balance in your Wallet.
  5. Confirm payment and wait for PayMaya’s SMS confirmation
  6. Your payment will be posted real-time to your Loan Account thru Cashalo App.

  1. Go to your Shopee app and click “Shopeepay” icon
  2. Click “Bills Payment” then “Pay Now” button
  3. Chose the “Loan” category and search for Cashalo
  4. Select “Cashalo” as your biller
  5. Enter your account details:
    • Account No. or Loan ID (15 numeric value only, do not include the letter B)
    • Mobile No.:
    • Amount:
    • Note: Mobile number to enter should be the registered mobile number in the Cashalo app.
  6. After filling up the required fields, click “Payment Option” then choose “Shopeepay” as your payment method
  7. Note: Please ensure that your Shopeepay account has enough balance to pay your dues
  8. Click “Pay Now” then enter your ShopeePay Pin or OTP
  9. Payment successful, click “Order Details” to view the payment details made. This will serve as your proof of payment
    • Note: Payment is now posted, real time + SMS notification.

Online Payment via E-Wallet

Over-The-Counter

  1. Access the Cliqq Machine
  2. Choose Pay bills, click Loans and choose Cashalo
  3. Enter your loan ID remove the letter B
  4. Enter your mobile number.
  5. Enter the amount you need to pay 
  6. Get the slip from the machine and present it to the cashier together with your payment amount plus the transaction fee of Php20.00

  1. Biller Company: Cashalo
  2. Card/ Account/ Policy No.: 15-digit Loan ID number
  3. Input the date of payment.
  4. Tick the box: Cash.

  1. Go to Bayad Center operated outlets.
  2. Open Cashalo App. Go to “My Loan” > click> “Pay Now” > choose Bayad Center and follow the payment instruction.
  3. Fill in the transaction form.
  4. Go to the cashier and settle the cash payment.
  5. Secure the validated slip and keep it as your proof of payment.

ECPay: GCash 

  1. Go to your “GCASH App” and login your account.
  2. After you have logged in choose “Pay Bills”.
  3. Choose “Loans” under your biller categories.
  4. Choose “Cashalo”.
  5. Fill up all the required fields. (Loan ID, Cashalo registered Mobile No., Amount).
  6. After you have successfully transacted it thru GCash app, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from GCash.

ECPay: Starpay 

  1. Go to your Starpay app.
  2. Click “Pay Bills”
  3. Go to “Loans” and click “Cashalo”.
  4. Input the Amount, Loan ID Number, and Cashalo Registered Mobile number.
  5. Wait for the SMS payment confirmation.

ECPay: Megapay 

  1. Open your Megapay App then choose “Pay Bills”.
  2. Click “Loans”.
  3. Click “Cashalo”.
  4. Input the following details: Loan ID, Cashalo Registered Mobile Number, Amount.
  5. Swipe to pay.
  6. Wait for the SMS payment confirmation.

ECPay: Juancash 

  1. Open your JuanCash App then choose “Loan”.
  2. Click Cashalo.
  3. Input the following details: Loan ID/ Account Number, Identifier: Cashalo Registered Mobile Number, and Amount.
  4. Click Pay.
  5. Wait for the SMS payment confirmation.

Remittance & Payment Centers

  1. Click “Remittance & Payment Center”.
  2. Choose your preferred Remittance or Payment Center: M Lhuillier, Cebuana or LBC.
  3. Read the Terms and Conditions, then click the tick box as a confirmation of agreement and then click “Select”.
  4. Enter a valid email address and click “Send Instructions via E-mail” to have the instructions be sent to the provided email.
  5. Click “view the transaction online” or open your email to view transaction details then save and print it as a payment reference.
  6. Go to a branch of your chosen payment channel and provide the cashier with your payment reference number found on the printed payment transaction Ensure your DragonPay reference no. is correctly entered in the Account Number field. A wrong account number can cause your transaction to remain unvalidated.

When you pay via GCash, Bayad Center, SM Business Center, ShopeePay, TouchPay, ECPay or 7 Eleven, your payment is processed instantly. Other payment methods may take up to 24 hours to process.
