Instruction for Opt out deletion:

To submit an account deletion request, please email a letter to dpo@cashalo.com containing the following:

• Phone number/Mobile number registered
• Email address
• Provided valid ID number
• Reason for account deletion
• ID
• A selfie holding the ID provided

A member of our support staff will respond as soon as possible.

*Note: Deletion of your account will entail deletion of your personal data with us. However, should you have an outstanding balance with Paloo, we reserve the right to retain your personal data to the extent necessary until your balance is fully paid, pursuant to your loan terms and our Terms of Service.
