I’m entitled to receive rewards for my referrals, but the rewards have not been reflected in my bank account, what do I do?

Delays in crediting of rewards may be due errors in your linked cash-out account. Make sure your cash-out account details are updated on the Cashalo app. For immediate assistance, call Cashalo Customer Service Hotline (02) 470-6888 from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. on weekdays and from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on weekends.
